The first generation of lifting- and lashing points, ready for weld on, with a double ball-bearing for a tilting, twisting and turning.

The first generation of lifting- and lashing points, ready for weld on, with an universal connection for every sling means (hook- and ring assembly, casket chains, round slings, loops, etc), all being provided with a double ball-bearing for a tilting, twisting and turning without jerks. The optimised design avoids damages at sling means and the precious load during turning.

RUD Load ring VLBG

For the quick assembly, a welding block with patented distance nabs.

The load ring, ready for welding, VLBS / LBS is prepared for the direct welding at the transport goods. The welding block (made of easy weldable material 1.0577+N St. 52-3) has been provided with distance nabs as gap indication for the weld and stamped with the WLL identification number. The load bracket can be tilted by 180°, made of high-tensile material, 100% crack detected and thus overall loadable. By a protected spring, the suspension bracket can be maintained in every position; the parts are connected with each other in an unloosable way.

RUD Load ring VRBS/RBS-B

Force distribution by 2-point-attachment, required thinner welding seams.

The lifting eye weldable VRBS / RBS is prepared for the direct welding at the transport goods. The welding blocks (made of easy weldable material 1.0577+N (St. 52-3) have been provided with distance nabs as gap indication for the weld and stamped with the WLL identification number. The ring latch can be tilted by 180°, made of high-tensile material, 100% crack detected and thus overall loadable.
