LHS can provide a tailor made solution, from pure inspection of equipment on demand, to a fully managed package that notifies you when items are due for inspection. Companies that run vehicles carrying lifting equipment can also use this service which can be managed by vehicle registration cross referenced to the serial number of each piece of equipment.

To help prevent equipment that is out of certification being used, LHS can implement a coloured tagging system that identifies if the equipment is within the inspection period or is awaiting inspection. Tracking test certificates for a sizable fleet of lifting equipment can be difficult. Especially for items like webbing slings or shackles that can easily be replaced or lost without the certificate controller being notified. Resulting in the certificate still being on file, yet the equipment has left the fleet.

LHS can provide all your future test certificates electronically via our secure website, CertEase. On this site LHS can list all of your lifting equipment and test certificates. Each item can be allocated to a certain location in your premises such as stores, workshop or it could be allocate it to a vehicle. You can search by item description or serial number to find your item. View the history and down load the current or previous test certificates. We can also store the equipments Declaration of EC Conformity, or birth certificate on the system which has to be kept from the day of purchase until the item is scrapped.
